This seasoning blend was the first place winner for the 2019 La Habra Heights Avocado Festival.
Inspired from our Spice it Up blend a traditional Indian picking spice, this guacamole is different from your normal Mexican restaurant version. Excellent side dish to your next Modern Masala dinner.

Ingredients
- Modern Masala's Guacamole Seasoning Mix
- 2 Large or 3 Small Haas Avocados ¼ Red Onion – Diced Small (4 oz)
- 1 Roma Tomato – Diced Small (4 oz)
- 1 tsp Garlic – Minced
- ½ Lime – Juice (½ oz)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 tsp Jalapeno – Minced (use less for milder)
Directions
- Mix the above ingredients, cover and chill for at least 30 mins.
- Enjoy!
