If you love Korean-BBQ, you'll love this recipe. Easy to grill or broil, and they're amazingly delicious. Simply marinate the meat and cook them over a hot grill or under the broiler, and they're ready to eat.
Serve with your favorite Korean sides, Kimchee, Salad and/or Rice.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef short ribs (cut 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick across bones)
- 3 tbsp Modern Masala’s Masala BBQ Rub
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- Juice of 1 Orange
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Pour soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil into a large, non-metallic bowl. Whisk in Modern Masala’s Masala BBQ Rub until the sugars have dissolved. Submerge the ribs in this marinade, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 7 to 12 hours; the longer, the better.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Grill on both sides until charred and tender, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
