Korean BBQ Beef Short-Ribs

If you love K-BBQ, you'll love this recipe. Easy to grill or broil, and they're amazingly delicious. Simply marinate the meat and cook them over a hot grill or under the broiler, and they're ready to eat.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil into a large, non-metallic bowl. Whisk in Modern Masala’s Masala BBQ Rub until the sugars have dissolved. Submerge the ribs in this marinade, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 7 to 12 hours; the longer, the better.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

  3. Grill on both sides until charred and tender, 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Serve with your favorite Korean sides, Kimchee, Salad and/or Rice.
