Turkey Kabab Sliders





We Californians love our Turkey Burgers, healthy lean meat, and when cooked well can be juicy and delicious alternative to the traditional burger. This Turkey Slider recipe was also served at Tava, and now you can make them for your family and friends.


This recipe serves 3-4 people and makes 8 Turkey Kabab Sliders.





Kabab Ingredients:

  • Modern Masala's Turkey Kabab Slider

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey

  • 3 oz Feta Cheese– Diced Small

  • ½ Jalapeno – Diced Small (optional)

  • Oil to Coat Pan

Other Items your will need to build your sliders:

  • Hawaiian Rolls (or Sliders Buns of your Choice)

  • Thousand Island Dressing


Kabab Instructions:

  1. Mix the above ingredients with the contents of this package.

  2. Cover and chill mixture in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Heat pan over medium heat.

  4. Dab oil on hands, divide mixture into 8 equal parts and form into ½ inch thick patties.

  5. Cook patties in preheated pan over medium-low heat with ½ tsp oil, enough to coat pan. (do not crowd pan)

  6. Cook covered for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

While Kabab's are cooking:

  1. Cut buns in half.

  2. Spread Thousand Island on buns.

  3. Place cooked Turkey Kabab on next.

  4. Then, finish with top buns.

Serve Immediately and Enjoy with a Salad, Fries or Chips!
